Classes

• Focused on the information, support, and techniques that can help you achieve your ideal birth vision
   
• Emphasis on natural childbirth for homebirth, birth center birth, and hospital birth
   
• Small class size, usually a maximum of 8 couples
   
• 5 or 6 week classes offered on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday evenings from
  7pm to 9:45pm in Redmond
   
• Refresher class offered periodically on Saturday morning, for couples who have experienced birth at least once already
