Relaxation Cards are a tool for childbirth educators to use in class and for doulas and their clients to use before and during labor. Each of the 20 cards has an image on one side and a relaxation script and tips on the other. Originally published as part of "The Childbirth Kit", we are now working on publishing the cards as a standalone product. Check back here for updates!
