The Labor Simulator DVD includes a sample script that suggests topics to talk about as the contraction pattern changes. This is a great way to start using Labor Simulator. You may, however, prefer to tailor the exercise to the unique character and philosophies of your classes. Or you may prefer one of the shorter simulations. If so, you can download one of these blank scripts and add your own text.
